See You in San Antonio!
Registration for the NAHS 2025 Reunion in San Antonio has closed. The registration cut-off date was May 5th, and no further registrations are being accepted. Hotel reservations at our two reunion hotels have also closed, as of 5:00 PM CDT on May 30th.
There will be no on-site registration for the reunion. If you are not already registered, you will not be able to register on-site and, if you show up anyway, you will not be able to attend any of the planned reunion activities as nametags are required to enter each function. We do have a waitlist of members who missed the registration deadline, in case we receive a few last-minute cancellations. However, the number of members already on the waitlist far exceeds our anticipated cancellations, so we encourage you not to get your hopes up. If you are on the waitlist, we will notify you promptly if there is a cancellation and you are next on the list.
If you have already registered for the reunion, but have still not made your hotel reservation, be advised that since we have passed the hotel reservation cut-off date our group reservations link is no longer active. There may still be a few rooms available at our reunion hotels, the Hilton Palacio del Rio and the Emily Morgan DoubleTree, but they will no longer be at the discounted group rate. You can look for availability at these hotels on www.hilton.com, or you can call either of the hotels to inquire as to their room availability and rates. There are also many other downtown hotels at varying price points located near our reunion hotel.
Finally, if your NAA membership is not current, remember that you must pay your $20 annual dues and get current to be able to attend the reunion. If you need to bring your membership current, or if you have never joined our association, please save time and avoid the wait at reunion check-in, by going to the “Membership” section in the top left corner of this homepage and clicking on “Join or Renew Membership” to complete the process. Thank you.
We wish you safe travels, and we look forward to seeing you in San Antonio!
We are the official alumni association of NÜRNBERG AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOL
Home of the Eagles. Go Green!
Nürnberg American High School was one of the original 5 overseas schools established in Germany after World War II by the Department of Defense Dependents School system to accommodate dependents of American service personnel. You can read more about its history here.
The Nürnberg Alumni Association is a non-profit organization seeking to:
- Find Lost Eagles, those who have attended NHS as students or faculty at any time during its span from 1946 to 1995, but have yet to discover our alumni association
- Curate the history of NHS and build an online library of archives for Eagles to both read from and contribute to
- Continue the Eagle spirit through reunions and our newsletter, the Trichter
- Commemorate the memories of our lost alumni, Flown Eagles.
Please browse through our archives.
If you would like to be a Found Eagle and let us know you are out there please fill out this form. There is no cost to join. However, we gladly accept any donations.
If you would like to join the NAA, we ask for a small, $20, membership fee to help cover the costs of the publications and web service storing these archives. With membership you get additional access to:
- The Trichter, our semi-annual newsletter, covering news about NHS Eagles
- The membership directory
- Full access to view members only content
Join today and bring back the memories!
